A pink cosmos

This afternoon we went to a birthday party at Uit je eigen stad, a sustainable farm and restaurant right in town at Rotterdam-Schiedam. It was perfect weather and they still had lots of flowers growing amongst which this sea of pink cosmos flowers
Straight out of camera, as there is no time to edit, we've stopped in Bergen op Zoom to fetch our things and husband can watch the end of the cycling worldchampionship before we drive on to Belgium.
I did see the full moon appearing on our way back home and am still wondering whether or not to set my alarm at 4 am to have a look at the lunar eclipse. I have seen and captured a lunar eclipse in Singapore in 2011, but even though that was spectacular to experience it wasn't a blood super moon :-) I still have some time to decide !
