Loose change.

So a (not so) amusing Lynchism at today's 3 Peaks race. 16 miles in and feeling it a bit and bothered by something in my left shoe for the last few miles. Could have been a broken nail or a large pebble, but either way it was really starting to hurt. At the Whernside water station I decided to haul off my shoe and shake out the contents. A pound coin and a penny promptly fell out from where I had put them when I went to bed. Those shoes are a half size too big, but that's ridiculous. <lol>
