Guest dessert chef tonight for the Edinburgh Salon. Went down well. Has been a nice day in the sun, out walking around Gifford, after the morning taken up with the mousse making and shortbreading.

Got speaking to a published children's author and illustrator, who has also recently had a novel published, and now wants to meet me for coffee. So there's a big bonus to it being back to the office tomorrow. Might have some more viewers for the next STV piece as well....
