A much better day. Tuesday and Wednesday were simply awful.
Gym tonight to do classes and then a run to tescos.
I was shocked at the treatment of a very elderly lady who was clearly in need of help. A woman of a similar age to me simply didn't care or want to be inconvenienced. I despair at society somedays when they are simply that unkind and selfish.
