Best In Show

My wife and I were judges along with one other person of a juried art show that took place all this weekend on the state park grounds and we announced the winners this morning.
There were over one hundred artists exhibiting at the show and it took us two full days to see everything at least twice and determine 15 overall prize winners.
Here is a phone blip of our Best In Show awarded piece. 
Amazing, it turned out to involve an alligator!
The gator at the bottom was forged from hand hammered metal and the table top was a single large slice of finished wood.
Huge wow factor for this incredible work and the artist also received a cash prize of $1,200 USD and an automatic entry to the show next year.
Judging was fun but surprisingly exhausting, kind of glad it's over.
