Super Moon Eclipse Sequence

Photography is a learning curve, and astrophotography has a whole heap of new mistakes to make and new things to consider - like star trails! Still, I'm quite pleased with this sequence, from full moon through to just after the eclipse. Probably better viewed in Large. :-)

Sadly, my 'on the second' full eclipse red moon shot wasn't so great, but a million other people will have that one perfectly captured so hey ho. As I stood watching her transitioning, I was also captivated by the clear, dense star-field above me - I'm so thankful for our street lighting strategy! ;-) I may have to look out for a small telescope with Canon fitting...
