Lone lock

A bike lock. Looks like a heavy duty one, the kind that would be used to lock up a bike that someone doesn't want to be nicked. So where's the bike then? I 've just begun to notice the many, many bike locks that are just left hanging, locked, on to bike racks around the city.

I feel a series coming on.
