Red Dwarf was one of those shows I watched week in, week out.

4 characters that I don't quite think would ever have graduated from Starfleet Academy (if they'd ever been accepted in the first place) but they made life on earth a happier place (for 30 minutes at least) once a week.

I'd always promised myself I'd buy the series and I try to keep promises.

I know, I know, I'll be struck by lightning very shortly!

Individually they were unbelievably inexpensive, some less than a £1.00 per series.

So now they're no longer 'lost in space' they've re-entered our atmosphere and touched down on my doorstep!

For the sharp eyed amongst you, you'll notice iv & v are missing.

They arrived safely, probably delayed due to an asteroid storm.
