Welcome to Ha Noi

In 1975 at the end of the war Vietnam apparently hsd a population of 25 million. Now it is 91 million. So there are a large number of young people and apparently there are 37 million motorbikes. The red and white lights are all motorbikes. Crossing the road takes a lot of courage!
