Hobble

somehow survived the two long plane trips (they're very efficient at changeovers at Doha), although bending over or changing from sitting to walking and vice versa was agony. Lots of drugs and pain relief gel saw me through, then when I arrived at the hotel I had a lovely long hot bath and a massage before meeting up with the others and going out for dinner. Haven't seen much of Shanghai - very misty and wet - but caught some bright lights on the way to the restaurant 
Back is gradually easing up, so off to bed now and hoping for a good night's sleep before back on the plane again tomorrow night!
