Bee stroking time

Our sedum attracts lots of bumble bees at this time of year.  I like to give them a little stroke, they are so furry.  When my daughter was a toddler I showed her that you could gently stroke them. I went off and came back a few minutes later to see her with a handful of bees she'd picked off the flowers. She was fine and so were the bees.
