110 mile bike ride from the Olympic Park, out to Epping Forest and into the Essex countryside. It was a hard ride, partly because we were fueled mainly by wine from the previous day's friends' wedding celebrations.The head wind, changing temperatures, and traffic didn't help much either. But we did it, in 6hrs. Exhausted.
