Yeasty
After a beer-soaked trip to Belgium, the next beer just had to be an attempt at a Belgian Ale.
This is step#1 - a simple Belgian Pale Ale. The yeast is yeast from Westmalle brewery/monastery, and it's gone mad - blowing through the airlock.
The yeast will be harvested and used for Step #2 - A Belgian Dubbel.
As I sit working I can hear the plip, plip, plip of the airlock.
