Home again

Our debarkation from the ship went very smoothly this morning, we were back at my sister's house by 11:30am and after a few stops for groceries, home by 4:30pm. I started unpacking, and Mr M went to pick up Riley from the kennel where he stayed. Later when I took Riley for a walk, I looked around at all the flower beds and pots and can see the signs that autumn is here - a lot of flowers are finished blooming, leaves have started to fall. This coleus is in one of my pots and is in full color.

Also, after checking with my brother-in-law, who is much more knowledgeable about birds than I am, I believe this bird is an American Kestrel, not a Cooper's Hawk.
