The end is near

J had the day off to day, as it’s a bank holiday in England. I went to work but finished on time, as it’s the fireworks display to mark the end of the festival tonight. RD and his girlfriend got up to Carlton Hill before us and saved me a good spot. Fireworks were good and the bit of wind helped remove the smoke in the right direction for a change. Always a good event and we get the city back again now.
