Cedar Waxwing At Bethany Lake

I got out for a short walk today to Bethany Lake...always checking to see if the Eagles have returned.  I did see a blue heron and a red-tailed hawk, but I thought the cedar Waxwings were so pretty in the sunshine.  It was another 80+ degree day in Oregon...yes, we are breaking records.  This is now officially the hottest summer on record breaking all sorts of weather records.
