Plum Jam

We're terrible gardeners...and the kids are supposed to have grown produce over the summer for a school project.

Thankfully the man who lived in our house before us knew what he was doing and for the last few years we've had plums galore from the one tree in our back garden.

So - plum jam is their contribution to the school produce show. I just hope it works...and that we don't give anyone botulism!
