Rydal

Been to Rydal to take advantage of the lovely weather again. We walked up to the caves, Had a look inside and out, (see extra) then walked a bit further on and sat in the sun while hubby looked across at the Fairfiled horseshoe and relived in his mind his running days and wondered if he will ever be able to walk that far again. He was having a bad day with his ankle today
