Autumn Tints

The last day of September and the colours of nature are in change.

The weather has been great today to see the Indian summer out. We spent the afternoon in the garden chatting and drinking tea with our friends John and Jennie who came over for lunch.  I baked a Butternut Squash and Chickpea roast which we served with stuffed peppers and a salad.
