Tuesday night is track night

I am a member of ILFORD A.C and also an assistant coach.
Tonight was one of the nights that I took the session - this was my group.
A really nice bunch of people.
I have met some really nice people through running - I just wish I was good at it!
I'm good at coaching though :-)
