Project Just About Complete

This is an old "Stag" chest of drawers. I am not sure what sort of wood it is but it had been stained and varnished something that I didn't much like! But it's a good solid piece of furniture. So I decided to give it a new lease of life before installing in my study. So - a bit of rubbing down, 2 coats of undercoat, 2 top coats and a layer of clear wax later, this is the result. And I spray painted the drawer knobs black. I've got a piece of glass to go on the top too. (A couple of the drawers are sticking slightly so I have just got to ease them slightly somehow before it is completely finished)
