Lennox Mausoleum, St. Machan's churchyard

Built around 1714, the Lennox Family vault is situated in St Machan's graveyard at Clachan of Campsie where some of the graves date back to the fifteenth century. Members of the Lennox family are buried beneath the Mausoleum.
They were originally laid on stone tables within the vault.
The first floor was added early 19th. Century, and was used as a waiting room by Miss Lennox between church services.
