The award is given by the Koestler Trust (http://www.koestlertrust.org.uk/) and was a present from his sister, it was awarded to Kieran, HM Prison & Young Offender Institution. Along with a number of other paintings it is on display Royal Festival Hall, Southbank - I will definitely be paying a visit.
