Eggs
It is really hard to get up in the mornings these days. I think driving to work makes you less disciplined as when I got the train it was either the 7:07 or the 7:27 else be late for work and commute through the most hellish point in the morning. Always meant I was good at getting my butt in gear and out to that train platform.
Work was, well work. I tend to have two step forward and 3 step back days and this one almost feels like a two step forward and two steps back which is not bad....
Got home about 7 and jumped on the treadmill while sticking the new series of Once Upon a Time on - you have to LOVE netflix. The new season looks sooo good. I can't believe Emma is the Dark One!
I'm doing not too badly trying to be healthy. Last week mon-fri I did manage to eat about 1200 cals or less every day but did find myself utterly gutted when I lost no weight at the end of the week. I may have then comfort ate at the weekend :(
This week - cutting the calories and I have been on the treadmill Mon/ Wed and yoga on Tues so hopefully this week there will be some loss and then lets see if I can manage to keep this up.
Unfortunately that means tonight's blip is my lovely omelette with red peppers - it was tasty.
Steve and I also just watched the second episode of This is England '90. We love that show - first episode was somewhat lighthearted, cringey but funny. This episode started to get really dark with that "lost for words" effect at the end. It is one of the most excellent TV programmes/ dramas to come out in the past decade. Love it.
That was a bit of a rambleblip - or scrambleblip, like the eggs - gettit?
