Small rant

I bought some ingenious (I hope) Eco products online and they arrived today packed in tiny bits of straw and what looks like bits of artificially coloured wheat and petals in a largeish box.

The Eco-ness and possible countryside romance in the said packing material was lost on me. Despite very careful slow opening, after the initial opening resulted in a cloud of straw dust, I now have s slightly strawy car and sofa :-/

I hope middle age isn't making me a miserable person who no longer sees fun in such things! One positive is I have a great sturdy box I can use again and the product ( not delicate at all and needed no packing cushioning at all) looks decent!
