Cappadocian Caves

The inside of just one of tens of thousands of long-inhabited (some are still inhabited, and have been since 2,000BC or earlier) Hittite caves in Cappadocia. It's a magical place of fairy chimneys (apparently a real geological term), deep ravines, cave dwellings, and sprawling underground cities that stretch to 10 stories deep and more.
