It's amazing how you can fill your day when retired.

I had a really busy day today, spent hurtling hither and yon in the car, so although I covered a lot of ground I didn't actually walk too far!

Even so, I am glad to be home now. Another busy day tomorrow with a long drive to visit a chum who was bereaved recently. Although it is a sad occasion I will be so happy to see H, one of my oldest friends. On this occasion I'm driving there and back in a day. Next time I'll stay over and we can have a good catch- up. The joys of not having to go into school!
