A Special Person

When you are a teacher every now and then a special pupil comes along. Sam was one of those. Here she is this afternoon with Jack. I was her form tutor for several years and also taught her English and Drama. Jack also taught her. She was a special teenager and is now an amazing, intuitive, caring woman. She lives in Australia with her husband and children so apart from Facebook we don't get to catch up very often. We talked all afternoon about her life, ours and the lives of many of her classmates.

One of the best conversations is between ex pupils and teachers when they can both come clean about what really went on, who knew what, and what we all really thought of each other!!!!
