The Edge of the Wold

By gladders

It's behind you!

Another in my occasional photographer series.  Sorry, but I couldn't resist a bit of a tease of the photographer on the water's edge.  Behind her the post-sunset colours were developing well beyond the promise of what had appeared to be a cloudless sky.  Meanwhile she had her camera trained in the opposite direction on the viaduct with a colourless sky above.  She will have had very muddy feet, Gus and I did at the top of the shore with the big tides of the last few days, but where she was was much more squelchy.

Tomorrow may be very busy, with limited time for a blip.  If I don't post, then this will be the last one for over a week.  We shall be leaving for Raasay early on Saturday, and where we are staying there is no internet.  It's been a busy few weeks at work, and I am looking forward to a break.

Thank you for all the stars and hearts for the last three blips of Ingleborough sunrises.  Quite a few people commented on the cow enjoying a twinkly tinkle in the morning sunshine, but not everyone mentioned it.  Too polite, perhaps?
