After club training - 9 miles in an hour with x30 minute efforts x30mins recovery pasta is the best dinner. Refuelling very much needed. Sprint times are shooting down since joining TP running club and the elites

A slightly disappointing day with news that I wasn't successful in the ballot for the London Marathon. Not a huge surprise as 248,000 people entered (doubly frustrating as an ex blipper did get in and won't do it... but there we go).

It does give me the chance to run it on behalf of a good charity linked to Dad so more than happy to raise a bucket load of money for them. Roll on next years marathon and a sub 3hr 10 run. (I'm not brave enough to say sub 3hr).
