Face Lift!

The house is getting a bit of a face lift...the window frames are being painted!

It's been another busy day at Big Hill! Luckily we started the day with a 20 minute meditation, cos it helps to keep you centred for the rest of the day...well does for me!

Here we have Tings at the top of the big ladder and Ciaran, on the ground, both are doing a fabulous job painting the window frames. The are here for a couple of weeks, on the wwoof (willing workers on organic farms) program. Tings is from Toronto and Ciaran is from Belfast, Ireland. They both live in Toronto. They spent a week here while i was in Toronto, pretty funny really....then they took a trip around the Cabot Trail. They will be with us for another few days, then they are setting off for Newfoundland and Labrador.... It is such a pleasure having these lovely young folks here, living with us, doing what needs done and they are also great cooks!

I spent most of my day trimming and throwing in the studio....and singing along with Celine Dion....she's my guilty pleasure! I love her voice - even altho most of my friends think she is way too much....hence the guilty pleasure!
