It almost feels

like a cheat to post this picture of smiles. It doesn't feel very reflective of yesterday as a whole. 

We did have moments, like this, we also went to see a play which I was completely anxious about how the two of them would respond to it. They were great, the play Man on the Moon, was great - if you are in the North East it is on in various venues until the beginning of November, worth looking out for.

I wasn't the parent I want to be for most of the day though. I was grumpy and shouty and apart from the fact it doesn't really work it is also just plain miserable for everyone. Gargh. New day today, ish.
