Rainy day...

...would be an understatement! We had a fairly impressive thunder storm today, which meant there was no way I was going to be venturing outside as I'm a big wimp! So instead I made a banana fudge loaf with the very overripe bananas I had, think next time I'll use less banana, as it seems more banana than cake! It's tasty though, so I guess that's all that counts!
