A Midsummers Day!

Well what a surprise!

Not even the promise of Wimbledon around the corner could give us a midsummers day like today. It's not as cold as it has been but, look at the rain! I believe Summer has officially been postponed until October.

After a busy week, I rather like the idea of closing myself in tomorrow and calling it a day off. I've tried to clear the decks and tomorrow I aim to do nothing more than walk and feed the dogs. I've had even less sleep than normal this week and it's time to hit my pit, close my eyes that need propping open with cocktail sticks and dream of summers with a bit of sun.

There is nothing in this world, better than your own bed!
