Electric Jack & Raz

We were all up very early, T had to take the first train in today for a big conference at work. I was back from the train run before sunrise. A perfect chance to have some fun with Raspberry and a plug in Jack O'Lantern in the dark .

Tooth check

Today is the 17th anniversary of our not our fault oil spill from an over zealous fill up by our oil company. They had been the company of choice since my grandparents moved in here in 1928. Unfortunately, they treated us beyond badly after their mistake. If you have any interest, more info is on last year's blip. It was a terrible 11 month plus ordeal, lived out in a 60 ft mobile home in our driveway while the mess was bungled  cleaned up... eventually. 


For the Record,
This day came in dark, chilly and wet. Looks like the hurricane will not be a direct threat to us, just tropical rain and wind, phew!

All hands healthy

Something must be done to stop gun violence in this country. Please hold the bereaved in Oregon your hearts today. The unthinkable just keeps on happening. One child in the US is killed by a gun every three hours.
