Farewell Pete

Another of hubby's friends died suddenly a couple of weeks ago.
They met in their late teens (about 50 years ago) when they both spent lots of time in Keswick, climbing and socialising. A few years later as work and families took over they lost contact, but through folk music they came across each other again (about 20 years ago) and fairly recently had met up again more frequently.
We have been today to say Farewell to Pete, a talented singer/songwriter,
friend and gentleman.
By the way the campsite breakfast was good and the chef as we left the site gave us some bacon butties to eat on the way home.
