Autumn Peony

I really love peonies. They make such an enthusiastic entrance in spring, burst into bloom, keep a lovely shape of glistening leaves all summer and then burst into colour again in the fall. And then they go away in winter when the snow flies and I need a place to put the snow. Wonderful plant..oh, and I forgot, they are tough as nails.
