All Seeing Eye

 
An unusual sculpture of the “All Seeing Eye” can be found outside of Eugene on a country road.
I noticed for the first time, as I was riding by on my motorcycle, that the eye has tears on its lower lid.

Certainly there must be many things that an all seeing eye must observe which would bring on these tears.
