Aim: to loose that extra 2 lbs but in reality stay at the same.
Oh big bum knew last week was too good to be true. Found mini pork pies in the fridge and some lovely cheese so have been a fridge picker!!! but I won't give up
Off for 3 day business trip in the week. Likely to be alcohol, big breakfasts, pastries and late nights not a good combination with weight lose!!! I'll do my best.
