Light and Land

Drove up to see Mum this morning and to have a stop over night on my way to Scotland where I have meetings next week. The afternoon light was gentle, it having been a misty and rather flat morning weather wise. These rays of sunshine lifted the mood a little. I rested and wandered up to the allotment before dinner, by the time I returned the light was fading. The sunny weather is gone for a while apparently.
