We went to Carmarthen today to pick up our varifocal glasses. Paul has had them before but this is my first time. Getting on okay with them this evening.
Took this photo on the way home of Dinefwr Castle as we ran out of time to actually walk up to it. It is part of the Dinefwr estate owned by the National Trust & I think Cadw maintain the Castle. Well worth a visit if your ever in the area.
