Boing boing...

...this is my son bouncing on the trampoline today. It's almost like a ghostly figure.

Had a lovely day - met up with my sister-in-law and nephew whom I haven't seen for a while. It was great to catch up over lunch in M&S.

Watched the rugby when we got back... not a good result :-(
