Rainbow Ruffles

Since having children I decided to teach myself how to bake and decorate cakes. I have created quite a few in recent years but this one I am really proud of. I made it for my medic for her 4th birthday as she currently likes my little pony's Rainbow Dash so it seemed fitting.

It wasn't without its problems as I had just got to the piping stage and couldn't the correct nozzle and had to drive 30 minutes to a friend's so that I could borrow hers! I can only assume mine accidentally got thrown out last time I used it!
I love being creative - cakes, cross stitch, so I think it is fitting to start recording all of my creations!! So here is the start of my creative journey!
