Phew

Started "jogging" along here in preparation for -

(a) squeezing into a dress for the Christmas do;
(b) next year's Great North Run (if I ever build up the courage);
(c) venturing out in public in a bikini on my hols

Every time I run I get a stitch. Why do I get stitches? The dog seems to enjoy the runs anyway. I don't fare so well, didn't get very far, so decided after yet another stitch to go home and do my "yogalates" video instead, which is even more hilarious.
