BCAM - Day 4

Started today rather early, like 4am early to watch the second half of the England-Australia world cup rugby game.  Very happy with the result but awfully sad for England :(

Then church followed by church luncheon, lots of people made it out despite the rain and strong winds! What good folk.

I guess the countdown to Halloween has begun ... at least in our supermarket. Lots of costumes for the unsuspecting little ones to choose from and some pink ones in there. Halloween, sadly, is quite big here.

Had a dinner later in the evening to discuss preparations for the Church's Christmas special service/luncheon.  Always one of our biggest celebrations/services and very Christmassy.

Been another windy, rainy day as the typhoon has lingered. Even now, late Sunday night, I can hear the winds howling outside.  It seems like the longest typhoon I've ever experienced here.
