Beautiful morning in Aberdeenshire - took George out just after sunrise to the regular seal spot at Newburgh, and went all arty with the sunrise glow. Around 200-250 out of the water on a little sandbank, loads more enjoying the retreating high tide.

Breakfast, memory lane trip to Old Aberdeen, Torry Battery for unsuccessful dolphin spotting. And home. Where after the glorious sunshine of the north, it's grey and cold...
