Lump of rock

This, very nice, lump of rock, possibly slate, is near one of the linear parks in Milton Keynes. I couldn't find a plaque to explain what it is but I think it is attractive in it's own right. I don't think the hacked about dead bits of shrub either side do it any favours. Luckily, it is above them.
