Bear Grylls madness

After church this morning we headed over to Trent Park to watch 1,000 competitors race against each other round laps totalling 30km including over 100 obstacles and challenges. These involved high bars, clay pigeon shooting, over and under hurdles, observation and memory tests, crawling under nets etc - all set up by the SAS and Bear Grylls. I could do the 30km run dead easy but I'm not really built for climbing up ropes and battering through fences. One chap we know took 4 and a half hours. That's four and a half hours of continuous running along with all the other challenges
