Kumasi

We made it to Kumasi today for 2pm. Umpteen of us crammed into a minibus, with the bags piled high on the roof.

A good way to see a bit of Accra on the way out, Kumasi on the way in, and the 250km+ in between.  

While I expect Ghana to be very different to places I’ve been in East Africa, clearly they do share the same Highway Code. Anyway, Benji’s driving saved us a few times.

I went out of the hotel in Accra before breakfast to stretch my legs before the sun got up, and this food place caught my eye for a Blip. I’m looking forward to trying kenkey - with the hot shito sauce, of course. I may need the divine intervention afterwards.
