Labour of bloody mindedness more like..

Took hours  & had to take a break every half hour or so because it's not for nothing they're called Demon Reds. Little buggers give off diabolical fumes which cause red weepy eyes & explosive bouts of sneezing!


Plus - despite the protection of latex gloves & serious scrubbing of fingers, it'll be a while before I'll be able to touch anything sensitive with impunity!

Will make the sauce tomorrow.
